Im planning on getting ME1 this weekend as everyones raving about 2.Don't want to start the story half way through and not have a clue what's going on.
RPG's aren't my thing so i don't know how long i'll stick it for.

Bioshock2 coming out next week as well so im a bit torn.

yep been playing it since monday eve..

Definately an involved story with mega cinematic scope to the visuals etc.

Think the mineing is a bit tedious but if you want the toys I guess you need to do the work...

Was just dropping a few collectors near the security tower at the moment... proving a little annoying on the first two attempts... bloody fast blue thingies...

Its between this and BioShock2 for me, limited funds at the moment, think BioShock2 might be heading my way, loved the first one so much.

I'd go for Mass effect 2 mate, wholeheartedly, will have bioshock 2 on monday so ill post some impressions, reviews are all averaging about a 9 thogh so 2 damn good games!!!

Just finished Mass Effect 2.

35 hours of play time. Think I will go and have a play through again but not do all the side missions.

That's what I've been doing, started again as a total bastard and playing it on Insanity - and it's bloody hard. Hopefully Bioshock will arrive today from shopto and I can get on with that this afternoon when I get back from work

this ^ , was hoping it'd arrive yesterday but no joy. Have stuck my ME2 on ebay to motivate me to finish again before Sunday!!!

Im kinda thinking that too about the first one, im currently playing through it at the moment and am finding it a bit boring tbh. Making me doubt that I want to play the second one. What have they improved to make it that much better?

Everything. They have polished and improved all aspects of the game.

So when you want to change your weapons layout, do you still have to run around the spaceship and go speak to the guy in the basement? I jhust wanted a menu with all those options.

Nope, you change your weapons layout when you start a mission by selecting choices from lists. Nice and easy.

Pissed Miranda off by sideing with Jack
The blue one wont talk to me because I failed to chat up her daughter...... and it was her bloody idea, not my fault the lines are corny!
Missed my chance with the ships bike as I did not pay her a compliment at the right point.
Jack just seems generally pissed off with the whole universe, but I have just made her some implants so may be back in there
So it looks like its only the one with the Mask now, and if she is wearing a mask I suppose I stand a chance, she must be hiding something pretty horrible!
