recieved a quote the other day from Andy, so theyre till around, not randomly closed i dont think

Same here - sent the kite and paid the invoice; and Andy promised to send the kite back several weeks ago but nothing has arrived, and no answer to my emails. Would appreciate it if anyone else has some info. ?????

Kinetic are usually great, but we had a couple of problems a while ago with a set of club kites not being sent back. In our case it was a misunderstanding and a slight cock up, but it was resolved eventually. Hope you get it back soon!

I think you need to have someone local wander around to their place and physically have a look to see if they are still there...
