One thing I would like to comment on is the fact that power has right of way over wind.......in the Bluff area.....

The boats have right of way not kitesurfers.

Surely using the Rules of the Road Manual then this is incorrect......sail always has right of way over power. They are regular sea users and should be aware of this rule.....just because they dont understand our sport does not give them the right to change these age old rules of right of way.

Merely offering a point of view and not saying I would do anything to jeopordise the use of Hayle as a kitesurf location.

Looking further into the website it was intersting to read this as well

A Kite surfer must know the rules of the sea including navigation laws and abide by them at all times.

So they want us to abide by them but they want to change them????
