I'd actually liked to have had a burger or two, or some hotdogs, but the hot food stand didn't seem to do that sort of thing.

    Food.....mmmmmmmm!!

On a "hearty, healthy meal" note......yes, jacket tatties would go down a treat!! Plenty of carbs before/after a flying session!!

On a "drunken, god that looks good" note.....keeeeeeeeeeebabs!! Anyone in the Hampshire area knows Joe's (Jozef?) Kebabs are worth it.....especially once "Dazed and confused" on that ale!!

EDIT: PIE is also vvvvvvv goooooood!!

PS Burger van girl is Jodie.....used to work with her at Ntl!!

Admitedly fast food rocks! BUT, did people not bring their own food or was it a case of you cooked after drinking since that morning and even in your wasted state this food that you had produced did not look at all apetising?

I think it tended to be people in groups who cooked their own food. I was there by myself so always had to eat from the vans, no point in firing up a bbq just for one.........

Yup, it was people like you I was staring at green with envy.

On the flip side, If I bought all that kit, I wouldn't be at MW as I would have no funds for kites and couldn't justify it as my missus is not a camper so I would only use it once or twice a year.

Yes, now I remember wandering past the stalls, and seeing the little white van with an attractive woman looking out, but I had no idea they were selling burgers! D'oh!

Exactly...that sort of thing would normally get me into a shop. If she was wearing a gimmicky burger-bap-bra thing I might've realised.

    Next time.
