someone did an amazing kill on me in the demo
i was in a tank heading down the road on the right
this sniper on an atv was riding up the hill straight for my tank
he jumped off and ran into the bushes
the atv carried on and bashed into my tank, exploding and killing me
the f'er had put 3 lots of c4 on the atv and detonated it
genius !

that method was the fastest way to destroy the targets on the demo.


i hope there isnt any kill streak rewards i think having vehicles is enough as it is.

where's the cheapest place to pre-order it at the moment?

shopto.net are sending my copy out for £28.99 delivered but thats probably becuse i preordered about 30 games months in advance to take advantage of the cheaper prices which they always stick to if you've preordered at that price.

Itl'l be about £32 delivered for pre orders from now i reckon, also theres a great chance you'll get it a good couple of days early.

I'd strongly suggest signing up for shopto and getting a list of preorders made up for the rest of the year, there is no payment taken till its shipped and you can remove them anytime easily, also ive had three emails this week from them saying that future preorders i have have been dropped in price all AAA games below £30 delivered.

They have a loyalty scheme now too.

why so negative with game? i got stuff from therm and when i did not like it i got a refund even. no problem.

Because Game spend their time ripping people off left right and centre. Their trade in values are a joke and their pricing for pre-owned games is a joke. They also rip you off for new games that are no longer in the charts, Nascar 10 is £49.99 for fucks sake. Admittedly anyone wanting to play it should be forced to pay more than that, but you get my point. Half the time the same game has different prices on different boxes and if you happen to pick up the wrong one that's mroe expensive they'll charge you that price.

The lack of a 10 day swap policy sucks. It's not a shop for gamers anymore, they've moved into a market for the cuddly Wii twats that proliferate now. I could go on, but it's dinner time and you'd all get bored

forget game then. anyway others are doing it for £25. I wonder can someone set me right on this: if I get it pre order for £25 but then have to wait 2 or more days to get it through the post. Or can I get it from game on day of release for £25 also or will everyone charge the RRP of £35? whats the score. I wanna get it cheapest fastest route please. thanks

If you preorder from somewhere they usually send it out on the Wednesday if it's released on the Friday to ensure you get it for Friday morning. Often this means the game turns up Thursday and you can get an extra day playing it. For online games with dedicated servers like BF:BC2 it may be a moot point as the servers won't be up until the Friday, but you could start the single player.

If you walk into a shop on Friday morning you'll almost certainly get charged the RRP
