    North Scotland?

    Anyone around the Lossie/Elgin/Findhorn area?

Just getting back into it, so could do with some friendly patient faces to help out!

Also, are there any shops up here..?

Fair few of us in the central belt, so make sure you give us a heads-up if you're down this way. We expect the favour in return mind you...you've got some of the best beaches around up there.

True; I have family near Edinburgh, so I'll pack the kite next time I'm heading that way!

No shops that sell kite gear but ESP in Elgin will get you what you need .
Much cheaper to buy mail order .
I live in Elgin and a couple of my pals live local who try to kite surf .Wee dont take it too seriously but if you are in Burghead and see three blokes messing around all with Cabrihnas then give us a shout .My pal has a house in Burghead which looks over the beach so let me know what you fly and he will give you a hand to launch if required .

    Kiting in Moray

    Hi

Me and a few chums have recently started kiting and buggying, we use beaches at Lossie, Roseisle, Findhorn and Nairn (a massive beach).

If you want to meet up for some flying action, let me know. I'm at the beach most Saturdays.

eBay is the best shop up here

    Tom called it.

I was staying up that way when I was working at Invergordon. I remember a large grassy area at the Dornoch firth where you could easily kite but best ask around as I saw the RAF doing some bombing runs there as well
